That’s why I, along with my partners, started CT Care—to provide real solutions and guidance to homeowners facing foreclosure.

With an extensive background in real estate as a licensed agent, I specialize in foreclosure prevention, loss mitigation strategies, and distressed property solutions. I work closely with homeowners to explore options like loan modifications, short sales, and repayment plans, or selling their homes for a fresh start, ensuring they understand their rights and the paths available to them.

Hello! I’m Anthony Stefanko, a licensed loan officer serving clients in both Nevada and California. With a strong background in the financial services industry, I am dedicated to providing personalized lending solutions that cater to the diverse needs of my clients.

In addition to my role as a loan officer, I am proud to be one of the founders of CT Care Investments, a real estate acquisition company. This venture allows me to combine my expertise in lending with a deep understanding of the real estate market, enabling me to offer comprehensive support to buyers and investors alike. My approach is rooted in transparency, communication, and client education. I strive to empower my clients by guiding them through the loan process, ensuring they are informed and confident in their decisions.

I take pride in my ability to build lasting relationships with my clients, as I believe that trust and collaboration are essential for success. Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy staying active in the community and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Nevada and California, with my two Australian Shepherds Charlie and Cookie.
